Click on the register option, which will take you to the selection of the package you want. After choosing a package, fill in the registration form.
After filling in the form, you must tick the box »I accept the terms of service«.
After clicking »register«, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link, which you use to verify your e-mail address.
Once we receive your registration, our team will contact you within 24 hours to complete the registration process and grant you access to all information on the portal.
If you wish to choose the »simple« or »basic« packages, you can make the payment via the PayPal application and access the data immediately after payment.
If you have successfully completed registration and obtained or already have a valid username and password, you can log in to the CompanyWall Business financial information platform.
To log in, click the user icon in the top-right corner and, between the options »log in« and »registration«,
select »LOG IN«.
Enter your username and password in the required fields.
After a successful login, the platform’s home page will open, where you can easily start checking business entities and auctions, and access the other features of the financial information platform.
If you have forgotten your password, click »Forgot your password?« on the login page and follow the instructions to set a new one.
After successfully logging into the CompanyWall Business financial information platform, you will be directed to the portal’s homepage. The first page is organized to give you instant access to the most important information about business entities, as well as to the most popular features such as the Watchlist and “Who viewed my profile” section.
At the top of the page, you have a quick search option. Enter the company name, tax number, or registration number and click the magnifying glass icon. Next to it, you’ll find an arrow that opens additional advanced search options when clicked.
On the homepage, you’ll also find your Watchlist, a list of recent searches, most searched companies, as well as access to current auctions of movable and immovable property, and a daily updated list of companies currently in bankruptcy proceedings.
If you have logged into the CompanyWall Business financial information platform for the first time, your Watchlist will be empty. You can create your list by clicking »FOLLOW« in the search results or on the profile of a specific business entity.
Each company you choose to follow will be added to your Watchlist, which is accessible from the homepage and allows you to view the most important information without additional searches. You can add an unlimited number of companies to your Watchlist.
The Watchlist is linked to your email address, which means you will be immediately notified of any changes that occur in the companies on your list. You will also receive email notifications even when you are not logged into the platform.
We notify you of all court, registry, and financial changes that occur in a company, such as:
- account blockages and releases,
- court proceedings,
- bankruptcies,
- credit rating changes, and more...
The Watchlist is one of the most important tools in the CompanyWall Business financial information platform. It is most useful to add your regular business partners, suppliers, and clients to it. This way, you don’t need to check them daily—only when a change occurs that might affect your business. With timely notifications, you can react appropriately and protect your operations.
By clicking on the arrow in the search criteria input field, the advanced search will open. In the advanced search you can use multiple search criteria and in this way narrow down the number of search results.
This method is very useful if you want to export companies with data from the search results, or if you want to find companies that match specific criteria.
It is also important to mention the »add criterion« option. In this part of the search engine you can set the desired criterion based on data from the annual financial statements, for the year you choose.
When you set all the search criteria, click on »search«, and CompanyWall Business will list the search results for you.
The last search shows a list of the companies you last searched for. From this list you can access company details without searching.
You can see a complete overview of your search history on your account settings.
You can access the user settings by clicking on your username in the upper right corner and clicking on "settings".
The most searched companies are the ones most searched by the users of the Companywall business financial assistant.
These are the most viewed and searched companies on the Companywall business portal.
If your account is linked to a company in the Companywall business database, in this section you will see which company searched for you and at what time.
Also note that other companies will see that you searched for them.
You can turn off this option by calling our technical support, and it will remove your option as soon as possible.
If you turn off the "who searched me" option, you won't be able to see who searched for you either.
The overview of business entities is fully optimized with the option of advanced searching based on the most important criteria. This is important because it saves you a lot of time when searching for or comparing companies that operate similarly, according to the same search parameters.
For example, you can search companies by revenue, activity, credit rating, legal form, and number of employees. Among the search criteria, you can choose only companies without account blockages, and you can also search by year of establishment.
Based on all these parameters, you will quickly find information about the companies you are looking for — whether they are potential business partners, more favourable suppliers, or more reliable customers. You can also create a comparison of the entire competition; simply find it by clicking COMPETITOR COMPANIES in the tabs on the right side of the selected company's profile.
Here you will see the most successful and least successful companies in that activity, and at the bottom of the page all companies registered under the same activity.
The selected search results can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet and saved to your computer. If you intend to monitor certain companies more regularly, add them to the Watchlist — all companies will be in one place and you will be notified of any changes by email.
By entering a tax number, registration number, or company name into the search bar, you will access the advanced search options, and the search results will appear below.
If you are searching for multiple business entities, you will get more accurate results by adding additional search criteria.
Clicking on a company name in the search results will take you to that company’s detailed profile.
You can also filter search results to display only “new companies,” “most searched companies,” or those that have searched for your company.
Search results can also be exported to an Excel spreadsheet containing all basic company data. This is especially useful if you wish to import the data into your own business system or further analyze and process the information from the CompanyWall Business database.
Clicking on a business name in the search results portal will guide you to the details of the selected company.
On the left you have a menu that is grouped by the most important data groups such as accounts, debts, import / export, basic information, property information.
On the front page of company details, you can see a summary of the most important data in one place, so you can get a quick and reliable insight into business operations.
This is where you get insight into credit ratings through years, phones, contacts, registration information, basic financial information, basic account overview, real estate and other company information.
From here you can also export a credit report of a particular company in PDF format, so you can send it via e-mail, put it on USB, share with business partners and the like.
On the credit report you have all the information about the company in the last 2 years.
You can read more about the credit report by clicking on LINK.
In the company details, you have the "financial information" section on the menu on the left. This is the most important company data. These are the financial statements that companies submit to FINA (Financial agency) every year.
Based on this information, Companywall Business calculates a credit rating.
You can see your balance sheet, income statement, cash flows and financial indicators.
Here you can check the complete condition of the company and their business.
We also highlight the "make your own indicator" option. This is an option on metrics, where you can enter your metric formula and it will be saved and visible to all the companies you are looking at.
